----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Monday, December 16, 2002 "No one is seeking war, anybody who looks for war as a goal in itself is psychologically ill. . ." Syria's President Bashar Assad said yesterday in London. Wednesday, December 18, 2002 "Many U.S. allies, and critics of Bush in the United States, say they fear he is looking for any excuse to wage war." IS dubya ILL? ----------------- Absolutely Those who worked closely with Ronald Reagan knew before anyone else that "the gipper" was losing his mental faculties. /He was declared an Alzheimer's patient shortly after leaving office./ Those closest to bozo knew he was lying before the fateful day he tearfully admitted it on national TV. Those closest to "big bush" knew he had no "vision"; and those closest to dubya know just how "ill" he really is. His own tearful cry "he /Saddam Hussein/ tried to kill my father" was but the tip of the iceberg -- his pissing and moaning about Saddam Hussein is deeply rooted in the psyche of himself AND "big bush". With the huge arsenal of WMD at his disposal, "little bush" made the serious statement that he would consider using nuclear weapons on Iraq. That, my friends, is just plain sick. Safeguards ------------------------ Faith, Hope, and Charity What can the world expect from the American system if not some safeguards against abuse of the huge American weapons of mass destruction arsenal? DISARMAMENT. One would think that the unleashing of nuclear weapons on Japan in World War Two would have made the American administrations henceforth extremely reluctant to continue along the course of world annihilation -- but no. There was a "sea change" in the pursuit of war in 1980 when Ronald Reagan was elected President. As you can see, Jimmy Carter was of the peace mentality hence his recent Nobel Peace Prize honor. Reagan, on the other hand, set in motion a mindlessness that has continued to the present day. Force, machismo, and bombs rule the day /and the night/. Very few Americans realize the extent to which this is the American agenda -- very few are aware of the fact that there is NO SUCH THING as a "no-fly zone" in Iraq or that the USofA and UK have continued their bombing of Iraq for over 10 years now. And the knowledge of the deaths of infants and children due to sanctions against Iraq is even more scarce. How anyone can listen to Madeline Albright in her Leslie Stahl interview /60 Minutes/ saying that it was "worth it" to starve to death infants and small children without recoiling in outrage is beyond my comprehension. Leslie Stahl, speaking of US sanctions against Iraq: "We have heard that a half million children have died. I mean, that's more children than died in Hiroshima. And -- and you know, is the price worth it?" Madeline Albright: "I think this is a very hard choice, but the price -- we think the price is worth it." Anyone who can starve to death hundreds of thousands of infants and children is undoubtedly sick. Anti-Ballistic Missile Treaty ----------------------------- Militaristic Capitalism "Moscow with regret follows . . . the attempt by the United States to create a so-called 'global anti-missile defence.'. . . the realisation of these plans has entered a new destabilising phase," the /Russian/ foreign ministry statement said. Development of missile defence systems was severely limited under the 1972 Anti-Ballistic Missile Treaty, which expired in June, six months after Bush announced that Washington would withdraw from the 30-year old agreement. The Bush administration intends to ask the U.S. Congress to allocate $1.5 billion for 2004-2005, on top of the $8 billion already budgeted. CNN.com Wednesday, December 18, 2002 Who can doubt that dubya is "psychologically ill"? after all, "what goes around, comes around" and Hiroshima and Nagasaki are coming toward him.
